K Khokomo Bay ~ 2008 Arabian Colt

GS Khochise X GS Mi Cherie

What an exceptional opportunity to acquire a future western pleasure champion and a pedigree rich breeding stallion! This striking bay colt was sired by one of the most winning Arabians of all time, GS Khochise. And this colt resembles his dark bay sire right down to his four white socks. Khokomo's dam was by Bariche de Washoe and out of the same dam as Khochise himself. The line breeding in this colt was recommended by Bruce Clark himself who knows the bloodlines in these particular horses intimately! Nice bone, pretty western pleasure movement and a look-at-me attitude, make this colt a stand out already. Khokomo should mature around 15 hands and be ideal as a cutting or reining prospect, western pleasure mount and eventually a prolific sire. Holy mackerel is this an athletic filly! She stood up faster than any foal we've had and was already doing roll backs at 2 hours old. "Jackie" is a classic example of what we breed for....pretty and extremely athletic. She is also a perpetual motion machine and already gives the yearlings a run for their money. Jackie will be a dynamite performance horse in either the cutting pen or reining arena and gives credence to her athletic heritage pedigree. Someone PLEASE buy this foal before I can't give her up! Mocha is an extremely nice but small AQHA perlino stallion. Good conformation, nice temperament and very pretty movement. His bloodlines are full of champions, well known both nationally and regionally. He has all the baest of the Doc Bar bloodlines crossed on the champion Leo performer, Holey Sox. There are 4 national champion Hall of Fame Quarter Horses in Mocha's pedigree. With his perlino genes he can only produce buckskins, palominos or duns out of bay and chestnut mares. Nice stallion to be around. Under saddle and ridden on the trails, Moch with his playful intelligent nature is a great candidate for Extreme Horse Events. His first foal crop in 2008 of AQHA foals produced some very nice babies with good conformation and looks.We like his bloodlines to much to sell him but he is available for lease to the right person.
